The money back guarantee applies for 30 days from the date of purchase

Each student may use the money back guarantee only once. After a refund has been issued, the money back guarantee does not apply to any subsequent purchases made from ThinkSpace Education.

Application packs are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee (as described above), however should you take part in the postgraduate Taster Week in any capacity, or submit an application for any degree course (accepted or not) you will forfeit your right to a refund.

You have access to the course materials via your ThinkSpace Education account. If the course has downloads available to you, you may utilise these for offline viewing. Other than for your own personal viewing, the recording, duplication or distribution of any of the course content found within any ThinkSpace Education product is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to lend, hire, sell or copy or upload any part of the course, including, but not limited to, its text, all the downloadable materials, movies and audio files. Downloading any streamed material is strictly prohibited, unless provided in the Downloads folder of that course.

You agree not to use any part of the course text, audio or video, as teaching materials to teach other people not enrolled in the course without prior agreement. If you would like to use our courses as teaching materials, please get in touch with us directly.

We will make every effort to ensure continuity of tuition throughout your course however we reserve the right to change tutorial staff without notice.

Abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any staff will give us the right to discontinue all tuition and support without compensation or warning.

We take no responsibility for any consequential loss, however caused, in connection with following our courses. The advice given in the course texts, course videos, and the interviews is given in good faith, but you must take full responsibility for any decisions or actions you may take, including, but not limited to, career and financial decisions.

In signing up for this website, you give us the right to contact you via your provided email address. These email addresses are not shared with any third parties, and any subsequent emails to these addresses are related, but not limited, to: marketing information, new course materials, industry opportunities, and information about your account.

You are able to unsubscribe from marketing and sales emails, but emails sent directly from our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) are directly related to your account, and cannot be turned off.

ThinkSpace Education reserves the right to close the account of any student breaking any of these terms and conditions and to prohibit any further access to course materials without prior notice.
