Our Refund Policy
Online Courses – Full Refund Within 30-Days of Purchase
If you are dissatisfied with your online course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course or accessed the downloads folder on certain courses (an on-screen warning will be displayed). Simply email us at contact@thinkspace.ac.uk using the email associated with your account.
Bootcamps – Full Refund Within 7 Days of Start Date
Due to the personalised tutoring involved in Bootcamps, you can request a full refund if you change your mind within 7 days of the Bootcamp start date, regardless of when you purchased your place. Additionally, if you wish to cancel your place before the course begins, you can request a refund up to 30-days after purchase, provided it is before the course start date.

Our money-back policy is applicable only once. After a refund has been issued, the money-back policy does not apply to any subsequent purchases made from ThinkSpace Education.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s card and cannot be transferred to a third-party account.
