Our Refund Policy
Online Courses – Full Refund Within 30-Days of Purchase
If you are dissatisfied with your online course, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course or accessed the downloads folder on certain courses (an on-screen warning will be displayed). Simply email us at contact@thinkspace.ac.uk using the email associated with your account.
Bootcamps – Full Refund Within 7 Days of Start Date
Due to the personalised tutoring involved in Bootcamps, you can request a full refund if you change your mind within 7 days of the Bootcamp start date, regardless of when you purchased your place. Additionally, if you wish to cancel your place before the course begins, you can request a refund up to 30-days after purchase, provided it is before the start date.
If you find that you cannot continue with your Bootcamp after starting, you may defer to the next Bootcamp any time up to the halfway point of the programme, provided you have not submitted any work for review and have only attended the welcome webinar.

Our money-back policy is applicable only once. After a refund has been issued, the money-back policy does not apply to any subsequent purchases made from ThinkSpace Education.

Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser’s card and cannot be transferred to a third-party account.
