AN OVERVIEW OF THINKSPACE masters DEGREES

In this session (which is held twice for different time zones) you will learn all the fundamentals of studying for a Masters degree with ThinkSpace Education. We’ll give you an overview of our courses, schedules, time commitments and financing options, and tell you everything you need to know to get started with an application. We highly recommend attending this session as it is a great chance to get answers to any big-picture questions you may have.

Creative Music Production

If you're an artist or producer with aspirations of earning a living, or simply looking to build a strong, creative portfolio and get your music heard, then come along to this session to discuss our MA Creative Music Production Masters degree, and new Postgraduate Certificate course. This session will introduce you to the courses, as well as the teaching team behind it, including Grammy-winning producers and world-touring artists.

Film and TV Composition and Orchestration

9am EDT / 6am PDT

Film and TV music has been our speciality from day one. Our teaching team features a wide range of composers from all corners of the industry, so if you're looking to write music for anything from blockbuster hits to small, independent productions, then join us for this session. This session will focus on our MA Professional Media Composition and MA Orchestration for Films, Games and Television courses, as well as our dual-pathway MFA options.

Video Game Composition and Sound Design

4PM BST

Video games is a huge and growing industry, and our courses in this field will give you all the skills you need to compose and implement fully interactive music and sound design using industry standard game engines and middleware. This session will focus on our MA Composing for Video Games and MA Sound Design for Video Games courses, as well as the dual-pathway MFA options.

Degrees accredited by Arts University Bournemouth

All our degrees are accredited and awarded by our academic partner, Arts University Bournemouth (AUB). Home to the prestigious Bournemouth Film School – whose alumni include film director Edgar Wright (Baby Driver) and screenwriter Simon Beaufoy (Slumdog Millionaire) – AUB is a public university on the south coast of England. Its history dates back to the 1880s.

AUB provide academic oversight across our programmes, which are subject to the same ongoing rigorous quality checks as degrees taught by all UK universities.
