Commercial Music and Business
Our commercial music courses are tailored to those looking to start their career in the contemporary music industries instead of media music and audio.
Courses discussed in this session:
- MA Creative Music Production
- MA International Music Business
- MFA Songwriting, Production and Music Business
MA Creative Music Production is perfect for those looking to launch their career as a commercial musician, and MA International Music Business is designed to help non-creatives in the industry launch their career in management and entrepreneurship within the music industry.
Here we will also clue you in to a bunch of the new and exciting tutors we have joining us, including some fantastic artists and industry professionals.
Game Composition and Sound Design
The video game industry is expanding rapidly, and with it comes exciting new prospects for composers and sound designers. Unlike working to linear media like film and television, video games composers and sound designers need to be as good at the technical side of audio implementation as they are at the process or creating the sound to begin with. As someone working in game audio you will be expected to know the technology of games inside out, which is what these courses are designed to do.
Courses discussed in this session:
- MA Composing for Video Games
- MA Sound Design for Video Games
- MFA Video Game Music and Audio
- MFA Video Game and Media Composition
- MFA Video Game Composition and Orchestration
Media Music and Orchestration
Media music has been our speciality right from day one, so we have lots of experience in teaching upcoming composers and orchestrators how to build their careers in these industries.
This year we have continued to grow and expand on our community of tutors as well as a huge overhaul of many of our composition and orchestration course materials.
Courses discussed in this session:
- MA Professional Media Composition
- MA Orchestration for Films, Games and Television
- MFA Media Composition and Orchestration
- MFA Video Game Composition and Orchestration
- MFA Video Game and Media Composition
